Partnering is not a tick-a-box exercise for us. We’re fully committed to the relationships we have with all of our partners and, as a result, ensuring we make a lasting impact in communities.
From scholarships to nurses and teachers already in the workforce, to supporting teaching students like Jacob to get through tertiary studies and to graduation, these partnerships mean a lot to everyone who works at Bank First.
So too, our not-for-profit partners.
State Schools' Relieve and the iPad program which gives non-verbal students a voice.
The OneBox Group which issues fresh food and grocery parcels to feed young minds and families and the valuable work of the Pinchapoo team who provide hygiene packs to people in need.
Our Teaching Initiatives Program (TIP) is one close to our hearts - a board initiative which launched in 1993, our investment for educators with great ideas in an always ‘budget tight’ environment.

Generations of teachers and students have benefited from TIP.
Projects we fund through TIP may be small in financial outlay, but with committed educators and keen young minds, they have the ability to transform a class, a year level or even a whole school.
