How to order a Bank@Post barcode

Important: You will need include your Member number and your 9-Digit Account Number.

You can find your Member number in several ways:

  • Your bank statements

  • On the back of your Visa Debit Card

What is Barcode Banking?

Bank@Post Barcode Banking is a service where you can order a unique encoded barcode for your Bank First account.

Using this barcode, you can make cash and cheque deposits at one of over 3,300 participating Australia Post Offices nationwide. To find your closest participating Post Office, visit Australia Post.

You can continue to make deposits, withdrawals and pay your bills using Bank First Visa Debit or Visa Credit Cards.

 

With Bank@Post you can:

  • Securely make deposits and withdrawals on your account using your Bank First Card and the associated PIN (Cheque deposits must be payable to the name on the Card being used).

  • Conveniently deposit cash and cheques using your unique Bank@Post Barcode (Cheque deposits are to be made in the name of the account E.g. Business name etc.)

  • Pay your bills.

  • Get immediate access to cash deposits. (Funds from cheque deposits are available after 5 business days.)

There is no additional cost to use this service.
