We have made changes to our Terms & Conditions Part A: Product Information. 

What’s changed?

• Reduced the advance notice period for changes to fees, charges, transaction limits, or the Visa Debit Card (except for changes that reduces your obligations) from 30 to 20 days. This will align more closely with the Customer Owned Banking Code of Practice 2022.

• Replaced  ‘Archived statements, for previous financial years’ with ‘Replacement or additional copies of statements’ on clause 44.

• Added ‘Reasonable’ to clause 2.6, 4.2, 25.13, and 34.4.

• Removed ‘in any way’ on clause 34.7.
