Manage cards

• Login to the Bank First App.

• Select Cards menu at the bottom of the screen.

• Scroll down and select Change PIN.

• Enter your new PIN.

• Re-enter your PIN to confirm.

• Select Continue and then Send SMS code.

• Once you receive your One Time Password, enter your One Time Password into the text field.

• Tap on the Continue button.

3. Swipe to find your Card.

4. Tap on Lock Card.

A success message will appear confirming your card will be locked from all purchases and withdrawals.

This feature temporarily locks your card so no further transactions can occur while you are looking for your card.

4. Tap on Unlock Card.

A success message will appear confirming the card has been unlocked and you can make purchases and withdrawals. 

Lock your card immediately or put a temporary lock on it in the Bank First App. You can also lock your card while you look for it, which restricts all purchases and withdrawals.

After reporting a card lost or stolen via our Bank First App you have the option to re-order your card immediately. Follow these instructions:

1. Login to the Bank First App

2. Select Cards

3. Swipe to find your Card

4. Select Need help with your card?

5. Select 'Lost your card', 'Card been stolen' or 'Damaged your card' and follow the prompts.

6. Select if you would like a replacement card.

7. Your card will be stopped immediately.

6. Select Yes to ordering a replacement card.

7. Your existing card will be stopped once you order a replacement.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select Card PINs.

4. Select your card.

5. Click on the keypad tool to select and confirm your PIN.

6. Click Get SMS One time password button and enter password you receive via SMS.

7. Click Submit button.

8. You will receive confirmation of the PIN change pop up on screen.

Note: Keep your PIN secret. Avoid using a PIN that contains repeated characters (e.g. 1111) or digits in sequence (e.g. 1234). Also avoid using numbers that are based on discoverable information e.g. a birthday, licence number, postcode or telephone number.

You can choose to have a PIN with more than 4 digits; however some countries and companies only accept 4 digit PIN numbers. If you have a longer PIN, some of your transactions may not be successful.

No. Changing your card PIN online is free of charge.

You will not be able to receive a One Time Password when using an international mobile number. You may be able to receive SMS to an Australian number while overseas; check with your mobile phone provider to confirm availability and cost.
