Having trouble changing your Card PIN online? Below are some common reasons for not being able to change your card PIN online and steps you can take.
SMS One Time Password is not enabled
You can change your PIN if you have SMS One Time Password enabled. Contact us to register.
You are not registered for Internet Banking
You can register for Internet Banking online.
Your card is not listed for Card PIN Select
You have a card but it is not listed in the dropdown box for Card PIN Select. If your card does not appear in the list please contact us.
