Login to Internet Banking.
Select Settings.
Select Card PIN.
Select your card.
Click on the keypad tool to select and confirm your PIN.
Click Get SMS One time password button and enter password you receive via SMS.
Click Submit button.
You will receive confirmation of the PIN change pop up on screen.

You will not be able to receive a One Time Password when using an international mobile number. You may be able to receive SMS to an Australian number while overseas; check with your mobile phone provider to confirm availability and cost.

Login to the Bank First App.
Select the hamburger menu in the top left of screen.
Select Settings.
Select your App Settings.
Scroll down, and select App login - PIN, Pattern or Member ID.
Confirm your existing PIN.
Choose a security option ie PIN, Pattern or Member Number.
Enter your new PIN.
Re-enter your new PIN to confirm.
You will receive confirmation of the PIN change pop up on screen.
Login to the Bank First App.
Select Cards.
Swipe to find your Card.
Tap on Lock Card.
A success message will appear confirming your card will be locked from all purchases and withdrawals.
This feature temporarily locks your card so no further transactions can occur while you are looking for your card.
Login to the Bank First App.
Select Cards.
Swipe to find your Card.
Tap on Unlock Card.
A success message will appear confirming the card has been unlocked and you can make purchases and withdrawals.
Login to the Bank First App.
Select Cards.
Swipe to find your card.
Select Need help with your card?
Select Lost your card, Card been stolen or Damaged your card and follow the prompts.
Select Yes to ordering a replacement card.
Your existing card will be stopped once you order a replacement.
Lock your immediately on the Bank First App. After reporting a card lost or stolen via our Bank First App you have the option to re-order your card immediately.
