How do I switch?
Making the switch to us is not just smart; it’s easy.
If you are over the age of 18, you can open your new account with us quickly and easily online. We even have a switching service available to help you transfer your banking.
If you are under 18 visit our First Access Account page.
When your account has been opened, you will receive a temporary Internet Banking password sent by text directly to your phone, so you can manage your money right away. If you order a Visa Debit Card, it will arrive in the mail a few days later.
Making the most of your account.
Make the most of your account by switching your salary and regular payments.
To transfer your salary, simply notify your employer (Business/Finance Manager or Payroll Officer) and provide our BSB 704-191 and your account number. Alternatively, you can complete our Crediting pay or income form and we can arrange it for you.
To switch your regular payments, simply complete the following forms and return to us at your convenience - we'll take care of the rest:
Once your salary, direct debits and direct credits have been successfully transferred, you can close your old accounts.
