New Customers

Request regular payments details from your other financial institution

Download and submit a Switch of Regular Payments Arrangements form to give us the authority to obtain a list of regular payments from your other financial institution.

Move your Direct Debit and Credit payments to Bank First

Download and submit Notice of Variation of Account Details form and we will arrange to move your direct debits and credits on your behalf.

Credit your Pay/Income into your Bank First Account

Download and submit a Crediting Pay or Income form to request that we arrange the electronic deposit of part or all of your income into your account/s on your behalf.

Making account alterations

Individuals

Update your Residential or Postal Address

Update your address via Internet Banking or over the phone (Individual, Joint, Sole Trader and Partnership Account types only). All other membership types, and two-to-sign authority accounts must download and submit a Change of Address form.

Notify us of a Change of Name 

Download and submit a Change of Name form to inform us if you have changed your name.

Add a Signatory 

Download and submit a Add Signatory form to give another person the authority to operate on your accounts.

Download and submit a Add child as signatory to their own account form to give another person authority to operate account/s.

Remove a Signatory 

Download and submit a Remove Signatories to Account form to remove a signatories access on your account/s. 

Change Primary / Secondary Account Holder 

Download and submit a Amend account ownership Form to change your account from individual to joint or vice versa.

If you would like to reduce your existing Overdraft limit complete an Overdraft Limit Reduction form online.

Close Overdraft facility

To cancel your Overdraft complete an Overdraft Closure Application form online. 

Reduce Credit Card Limit

If you would like to reduce your Credit Card limit complete a Credit Card Reduce Limit Request form online.

Close Credit Card Contract

To cancel your Credit Card Contract complete a Credit Card Cancellation Request form online. 

Term Deposit - early withdrawal notice

Download and submit a Term Deposit Notice of Early Withdrawal form to withdraw a term deposit before its maturity date. 

Close Membership or Account

Download and submit a Closure of Membership form to close your membership and account.

To close your account, all account owners must sign the form.

Schools, Preschools and Business

Download and submit a Change of Signatory/ies - School Accounts form to update a signatory/ies details on school accounts.  

Grant authority for non-signatories to access school finance account details

Download and submit a Authority for non-signatories to access school finance account details form to authorise non-signatory person/s to request statements, obtain maturity information, account balances and transaction details. 

Add a Signatory (Preschool)

Download and submit a Add Signatory - Preschool petty cash form to give another person the authority to your preschool petty cash account. 

Change of Signatory (Preschool Accounts) 

Download and submit a Change of Signatory/ies - Preschool Accounts form to give another person the authority to operate account/s. This is for preschool accounts. 

Close Membership or Account 

Download and submit a Closure of Membership form to close your membership and account.

To close your account, all account signatories must sign the form.
