We have sold our Financial Planning service to CCA Financial Planners, effective 1 May 2025.
We are proud to have found a new provider with a strong value proposition and the customer-centric values that Bank First Member’s deserve. We believe that having a dedicated financial planning entity focused on managing our Member’s financial planning matters, combined with Bank First looking after their banking needs, will provide a contemporary and superior service for your holistic financial journey.

We have sold our Financial Planning business to Melbourne-based, CCA Financial Planning effective 1 May 2025.
The change was effective from 1 May 2025.
Financial Planning has been a service offered to Bank First Members since 1989. Our strategy centres around providing a strong and different bank for our Members.
Financial Planning is an adjacent service to banking that we feel can best be served by a values aligned organisation solely focused on financial planning.
Financial Planning Client FAQs
From 1 May 2025, unless you opted out, you will be a client of CCA Financial Planners and all advice and/or financial services will be the responsibility of CCA Financial Planners. All existing financial planning products you have in place, including insurance policies, superannuation and investment products, will remain unchanged unless agreed upon with CCA.
Your Bank First accounts will remain unchanged. You will continue to be a Bank First Member.
Your banking and products that you hold with Bank First will remain unchanged.
