As the situation around COVID-19 continues to evolve, we are doing everything we can to ensure your banking needs are met during these uncertain times. As always, the safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff remains our highest priority. 

Our thoughts are with everyone who has been, and continues to be affected during what is a difficult and emotionally challenging time.

As a customer owned bank that was established to help people, we remain committed to all our customers as well as the education and healthcare communities. We understand these are challenging times for our customers and would like to thank all the healthcare workers and teachers for their work during this difficult time.

As an essential service, we remain open and all our staff remain committed to providing you with a high level of service during this difficult time.  
To ensure we support social distancing measures, many of our staff are working from home, while others have been dispersed across different company sites to ensure continuity of service.  

We encourage everyone to use remote channels where possible, however if you do need to visit a branch, we have increased our cleaning and hygiene standards and request that customers observe a 1.5 metre distance from others.

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC)’s Scamwatch has received multiple reports of COVID-19 themed scam texts being sent to members of the public.

To protect yourself, don’t click on links in emails or messages, or open attachments, from people or organisations you don’t know.
