14. Terms and Conditions – Bank First ‘$1,000 Prezzee E-gift Card’ Promotion

A) Promotion overview
Victoria Teachers Limited (t/as Bank First) ABN 44 087 651 769 of 117 Camberwell Rd Hawthorn East VIC 3123 (Bank First) is offering $1,000 Prezzee e-gift cards (Gift Card) to eligible applicants who refinance their home loan through Bank First (the Promotion). The Promotion is limited to the first 25 eligible applicants (in the order of the application date) that successfully complete the refinancing process.

B) Eligibility
To be eligible for the Promotion, the applicant must meet the following criteria:
i) Be 18 years or older. 
ii) Be a new member of Bank First. 
iii) Be a current employee (including contractors and temporary staff) of one of the following organisations (Selected Organisation): Alfred Health; Mercy Health; Southern Cross Care; St John of God Health Care; and St Vincent’s Health Australia.
iv) At the time of the refinance home loan application, quote a valid promo code applicable to the relevant Selected Organisation as listed: Alfred Health (ALFREDHEALTH); Mercy Health (MERCY); Southern Cross Care (SCC); St John of God Health Care (SJGHC); and St Vincent’s Health Australia (STVINCENTS).
v) Submit the refinance home loan application with Bank First between 17 February 2025 and 18 April 2025 (the Promotion Period).
vi) Successfully complete the refinancing process, including settlement of the refinanced loan, on or before 30 June 2025.
vii) The refinance home loan application must be for a minimum loan amount of $250,000.
viii) Be among the first 25 applicants to successfully refinance their home loan with Bank First during the Promotion Period.  

C) Promotion Period 
For the avoidance of doubt, applications must be lodged between 17 February 2025 and 18 April 2025 and the settlement of the refinanced loan must be completed by 30 June 2025. 

D) Gift Card Details
i) Each eligible applicant will receive one (1) $1,000 Prezzee e-gift card (https://www.prezzee.com.au/) via the email address provided to lodge an application.
ii) Each eligible applicant will only receive one Gift Card under this Promotion, regardless of the number of refinance home loan applications they have lodged or are associated with.
iii) The Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer, including any expiry dates, redemption conditions or other restrictions.
iv) The eligible applicant will be notified via email within 14 days of settlement of the refinanced loan.
v) The Gift Card will be issued within 30 days of the settlement of the refinanced loan.

E) Exclusions
The following are excluded from the Promotion:
i) Applications that are withdrawn or declined or do not proceed to settlement;
ii) Existing home loans with Bank First that are being refinanced; and
iii) Existing members of Bank First.  

F) Privacy
i) Bank First is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals.
ii) Personal information collected during the Promotion will be used for the purpose of administering the Promotion and in accordance with Bank First's privacy policy (available at available at www.bankfirst.com.au/privacy-policy or by calling 1300 654 822).
iii) With your consent, Bank First may use your personal information to provide you with information about its products, services and content related to financial wellbeing.
iv) By participating in this Promotion, participants consent to the use of their personal information as described herein.

G) General terms
i) Bank First reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all applicants and to disqualify any applicants who does not comply with these terms and conditions.
ii) Bank First reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time, without prior notice.
iii) To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bank First is not responsible for any technical errors, delays or other issues that may affect the completion of the refinancing process or the issuance of the Gift Card. In the event of a dispute, our decision will be final.
iv) These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes arising in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria, Australia.

15. Terms and Conditions – Bank First ‘Free Coffee Order’ Promotion

A) Promotion overview
Victoria Teachers Limited (t/as Bank First) ABN 44 087 651 769 of 117 Camberwell Rd Hawthorn East VIC 3123 (Bank First) is offering free coffee vouchers to individuals who visit Bank First’s stand and book a home loan health check with Bank First.    

B) Eligibility
Participants are eligible to receive one $5 coffee voucher by visiting Bank First’s stand at a partner premises (Alfred Health, Mercy Health, Southern Cross Care, St John of God Health Care and St Vincent’s Health Australia) and booking a home loan health check between 17 February 2025 and 18 April 2025.

C) Voucher usage
i) Only one voucher will be issued per person. The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred or exchanged for any other offer.
ii) The voucher will be provided immediately upon booking confirmation.
iii) The voucher is redeemable at one of the cafes located on the partner premises.
iv) The voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing coffee vendor.

16. Terms and Conditions – Bank First ‘Nurse Care Pack’ Promotion

A) Promotion overview
Victoria Teachers Limited (t/as Bank First) ABN 44 087 651 769 of 117 Camberwell Rd Hawthorn East VIC 3123 (Bank First) is offering nurse care packs to the first 100 new members who open a transaction or online saver account with Bank First (the Promotion).

B) Eligibility
To be eligible for the Promotion, the participant must meet the following criteria:
i) Be 18 years or older;
ii) Be a current employee (including contractors and temporary staff) of one of the following organisations (Selected Organisation): Alfred Health; Mercy Health; Southern Cross Care; St John of God Health Care; and St Vincent’s Health Australia.
iii) At the time of opening an account online, quote a valid promo code applicable to the relevant Selected Organisation as listed: Alfred Health (ALFREDHEALTH or OSPROMO); Mercy Health (MERCY or OSPROMO); Southern Cross Care (SCC or OSPROMO); St John of God Health Care (SJGHC or OSPROMO); and St Vincent’s Health Australia (STVINCENTS or OSPROMO).

C) Nurse Care Pack Details
i) Each nurse care pack will include the following items: One (1) cosmetic bag/pouch; One (1) essential oil; One (1) tote bag; and One (1) ID tag wheel.
ii) Each participant is eligible to receive only one nurse care pack under this Promotion, regardless of the number of accounts they have opened or are associated with.
iii) Bank First will notify the eligible participant that they qualify to receive a nurse care pack via the email provided within 14 days of the account being opened.
iv) Bank First will deliver the product to each eligible participant within 30 days of the account being opened.
