Do I have to set up a PIN?
You will be required to use your Member number and Internet Banking password when logging into the App for the very first time. After that, you will be prompted to set up a 4 to 9 digit PIN or a Pattern for convenient future logins to the App. iPhone users will also be able to use Touch ID to login.
What do I do if I have forgotten my login PIN or Pattern or if they have been compromised?
Select 'Forgot login details' at the login page in the App. You will then be prompted to reset your PIN or Pattern using your Member number and password to authenticate yourself.
Can I download the Mobile Banking App on multiple devices?
Yes – there is no restriction on the number of devices you can download our App on.
Do I need to use the same PIN or Pattern if I login to the App from multiple devices?
No, you can set up different PINs or Patterns on different devices.
Is the Mobile App compatible with all devices?
The App is compatible with Apple devices with iOS 8 and above and Android 4.2 or higher. We currently do not offer an App for Windows and Blackberry devices.
Note: While the App can be installed and used on iPads and Android tablets, the user interface is not specifically designed or optimised for use on tablets.
I received the notification 'Registered devices for your accounts have changed. Do you wish to review them?' What does this mean?
This notification will be displayed when you have registered the App through another device. Select 'Yes' if you wish to view and manage these devices.
Am I able to perform redraws within the App?
Yes, redraw is available within the Mobile Banking App. The minimum redraw amount is $500.
How do I redraw from my home loan within the App?
You can redraw funds by selecting your home loan account and making an internal or external transfer between accounts or by making a BPAY payment directly from your home loan. Please note that the minimum redraw amount is $500.
What is a Quick Balance and how do I set it up?
You can view the balance of a nominated account by double tapping on the 'Mobile Banking' tile in the App.
To nominate a Quick Balance account, login to the App using your PIN, Pattern or Touch ID (for iOs). Under Settings, select 'Set Quick Balance Account'. Nominate your Quick Balance account by tapping on your desired account.
What is a Savings Goal and how do I set it up?
A Savings Goal allows you to conveniently track your savings.
Simply login to the App, select 'Set Savings Goal' from the settings menu and follow the steps to set up and personalise your savings goal.
I am unable to view all my accounts within the App, unlike Internet Banking, why is that?
Closed accounts are not displayed within the App. You must login to Internet Banking to view details of closed accounts.
While balances for frozen accounts are visible, depending on the circumstances leading to the freeze you may not be able to transfer to a frozen account. If you are uncertain as to the condition of the account please contact us.
How do I change the order of my accounts?
You can customise the order in which your accounts appear within the App. Go to Settings, then tap Customise Accounts. Simply tap on the ordering icon to the right of the account panel of the account, then hold and drag to the desired order.
How do I change the background images on the App?
To customise the images behind your account details tap ‘Settings’ and then select ‘Customise Accounts’. Select the account you would like to add a picture to and follow the prompts.
How do I log out of the App?
Tap the padlock icon located at the top right of the App to log out.
