Improvements to Internet Banking


As part of our commitment to continuous enhancement of our online services, we have made some improvements to our Internet Banking service. The enhancements include:

  • Card PIN Select: The ability to securely select a PIN for your ATM, Debit and Credit Cards online (must be registered for SMS Security). Refer to our PIN Select Frequently Asked Questions for more information.

  • Pending Transactions: The ability to view Pending Visa Transactions within your account transaction history. Transactions appear as ‘Pending’ until the payment has been processed by the merchant.

  • Access Loan Redraw: Redraw transactions are now made via the ‘Transfer Money’ and ‘BPAY Transfers’ menus. Select your loan from the list of your eligible ‘from’ accounts when making a transfer or payment.

  • Enhanced transaction search: You can now search transactions by text using transaction references or receipt number.

The Bank will never request account details, card numbers or passwords via email. Never access Internet Banking through a link in an email.
