2023 Annual General Meeting

Our 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on Wednesday 22 November 2023, at Leonda by the Yarra, 2 Wallen Road, Hawthorn. For Members unable to attend in person, the AGM was held virtually allowing Members to view proceedings and participate in real time.

Both resolutions were passed, Judith Crowe and Mark Devadason were re-elected and Kevin Dupé's appointment to the Board was ratified by Members.
