App and Pilot Program
Doshi is a financial wellbeing app provided by Bank First as part of a pilot program for St Vincent Health Australia employees.
It is designed to build better money habits and increase financial confidence through engaging, easy-to-follow lessons and activities; all tailored to fit around shift work and busy days.
Choose a learning goal, complete short lessons, track your progress and earn/redeem rewards.
No. The Bank First app is for everyday banking. Doshi is a separate learning app available as part of the pilot program.
The first 300 employees of St Vincent’s Health Australia can use the app as part of a pilot program.
No. You don’t need to be a Bank First member to use the app.
Yes. The first 300 St Vincent’s employees receive free access as part of the pilot.
No. You can use the app without linking any bank accounts.
No. Doshi provides general financial education and habit-building tools. It doesn’t replace personalised financial advice.
At the end of the pilot, outcomes will be reviewed to help inform future availability of the app.
There’s no obligation to continue. You can stop using the app at any time.
Rewards
Complete lessons to ear XP (experience points), climb the leaderboard to earn Dosh, and redeem them for gift cards.
Complete at least one lesson per day to build a streak and earn daily Dosh. Daily Dosh increases every seven days, from 50 to 100 Dosh per day.
Redeem rewards in-app via the Leaderboard tab.
Rewards are usually processed within 1-2 business days after redemption.
Support
Support is available in-app via secure messaging. Go to Menu → Get help → Send us a message and describe what you need help with.
In the app, select 'Forgot my password' and follow the prompts to reset your password.
The access code is STVINCENTS.
Yes. Goals can be updated at any time in the app.
Yes, as long as you sign in with the same account details.
Download Doshi on your new device and sign in using the same account details.
Security
Doshi uses secure login details to protect your account. Keep your password private and do not share it with anyone.
