Terms and conditions
1. Promoter The promoter is Victoria Teachers Limited (Bank First) ABN 32 087 651 608 AFSL/Australian Credit Licence 241131 of 117 Camberwell Road, Hawthorn East VIC 3123 (Promoter).
2. Promotional period The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 7 May 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 July 2026 (Promotional Period). Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility Entry is open to eligible Bank First members who are residents of Victoria, Australia and aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members, as well as employees of agencies or companies associated with the conduct of this promotion, are not eligible to enter.
4. Eligible insurance policies To qualify for entry, participants must obtain a quote for one of the following eligible insurance products issued by CGU Insurance and distributed by Bank First during the Promotional Period:
Home insurance
Contents insurance
Home and contents insurance
Car insurance
5. How to enter During the Promotional Period, eligible participants will receive one entry into the prize draw when they submit their email address in relation to an eligible insurance quote. Entrants must provide a valid, contactable email address in order to be eligible for entry into the promotion. Only one (1) entry is permitted per unique email address. Multiple quotes submitted using the same email address will not result in additional entries.
Participants must ensure their details are correct and current to enable contact if selected as a winner.
6. Number of entries Limit of one (1) entry per email address for the duration of the Promotional Period.
7. Prize details There are five cash (5) prizes available, each consisting of $2,000 AUD. Total prize pool value: $10,000 AUD. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for other goods or services.
8. Prize draw The prize draw will take place at the Promoter’s office located at 117 Camberwell Road, Hawthorn East VIC 3123 on 14 August 2026 at 11:00am AEST. Five winners will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
9. Winner notification Winners will be contacted via email within five (5) business days of the draw. If a winner does not respond, declines the prize, or is unable to be contacted within fourteen (14) days of notification, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
10. Prize distribution Bank First will validate membership eligibility prior to distributing the prize. Prizes will be provided to winners via electronic funds transfer to the winner’s Bank First transaction account within 30 days of verification.
11. Public announcement Winners’ first name and suburb may be published on the Bank First website at bankfirst.com.au for transparency purposes.
Privacy Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be handled in accordance with Bank First’s Privacy Policy available at bankfirst.com.au/privacy. Information collected may be used to administer the promotion and contact winners.
12. Liability To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting the prize or participating in the promotion.
13. Changes to the promotion The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
14. General Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
