2025 Annual General Meeting

Our 53rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday 19 November 2025, at Leonda by the Yarra, 2 Wallen Road, Hawthorn. This year’s AGM will also be live streamed.

This year we’re keen to see and hear from Members. If you’re in Melbourne, we encourage you to come along to this year’s AGM and meet our new Chair and three new directors, hear about our FY25 results and what we’re working on and of course, enjoy some refreshments following the formalities.

If you’re not in Melbourne or unable to attend, join us online via our live stream. You will be able to watch the meeting and participate by asking questions and voting - all online and in real time.

A highlight of every Bank First AGM is hearing about the contribution we make in the communities we live and work, financial contributions which are a result of Members choosing to bank with us. This year we will showcase our Teaching Initiatives Program (TIP) and feature our partner education and health sectors - a great opportunity for you to learn more about the partnership side of Bank First.
