New Director appointment

Simon's directorship is effective from 1 October 2024 and Members will be asked to confirm his appointment to the board at our Annual General Meeting in November. 

This is Simon's second appointment to our board. He joined our board in 2018 and was re-elected in 2021 for a second three-year term. In March 2022, Simon resigned from our board due to conflicting work commitments. At the time, Simon said he would retain a keen interest in Bank First and when appropriate, would like to be considered as a future director. 

That time is now and we're absolutely thrilled to welcome him back and look forward to Simon re-acquainting himself with our business and meeting Members at our AGM.
