The idea
Melbourne Girls’ College is leading a vibrant, student-driven initiative to celebrate diversity and strengthen inclusion across the school. Students will design and deliver a series of cultural, social and wellbeing events that bring together local and international students.
TIP impact
With support from Bank First's Teaching Initiatives Program, students will have the opportunity to lead events that celebrate diversity and bring the school community together. The project empowers student voice and leadership while building stronger connections within the school community. Success will be reflected in high levels of participation, increased confidence in self-expression and an enhanced sense of belonging for all students.
