Echuca Twin Rivers Specialist School
Echuca Twin Rivers Specialist School will introduce beehives into its already highly successful Eco Garden program. By integrating beekeeping, the school aims to deepen students' connection with nature while significantly enhancing garden productivity and biodiversity.
This initiative will serve as a model for sustainability-focused education while also providing direct benefits to the school community. Honey harvested from the hives will be processed, jarred, and either sold, shared, or used within the cafe and other school programs.
