Nichols Point Primary School

We have a very successful, and popular, Paddock to Plate program underway at our school.

We're excited that our TIP funding will enhance our program with the addition of pizza ovens and everything you need to go with them. 

Our students are growing amazing produce in the school garden and we can now add pizzas to our growing list of student cooking achievements. 

This school program has obvious benefits to our students, but we're also having a positive impact on our school's relationships outside our school grounds. It provides us with opportunities to engage with local primary producers, parents, grandparents and carers and for some of our students, it provides them with a real purpose and interest.

This is a great opportunity to get back to old-fashioned hands-on learning that is a life-long skill students will have long after Nichols Point Primary School.
