How can I download the Mobile Banking App?
The Mobile Banking App can be downloaded onto your Smartphone from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Simply search for "Bank First" to locate the App in the appropriate store for your device.
Is the Mobile Banking App compatible with all devices?
The App is compatible with Apple and Android devices. We currently do not offer an App for Windows and Blackberry devices.
Note: While the App can be installed and used on iPads and Android tablets, the user interface is not specifically designed or optimised for use on tablets.
I don't use an Apple or Android Smartphone? Can I still bank on my mobile phone?
Yes, you can still access our Mobile Banking and Internet Banking services provided your mobile phone has an internet connection and browsing capabilities.
What is the difference between the Mobile Banking App and Mobile Banking?
The Mobile Banking App (the App) is a free application which can be downloaded and installed onto a Smartphone. The App enables you to perform banking functions from a Smartphone without having to access a site or webpage.
Mobile Banking is a secure mobile website, accessed via a browser on a mobile device, which enables you to perform banking functions.
