Try to refresh your computer by pressing the CTRL and F5 keys together.

If this does not work, you can clear your computer’s cache. Please note that this may remove any stored log in or password details you have stored on websites.



How to clear your cache:



Google Chrome

1. Select the 3 dots in the top right hand corner of the screen
2. Select “settings” (towards the bottom of the menu)
3. Scroll down to and select “Advanced”
4. Scroll down to ”Clear browsing data”
5. Select “Clear Browsing Data” again (highlighted in blue toward at the bottom right hand corner of the menu screen)

Internet Explorer

1. Select “Tools” from the menu
2. Select “Internet Options”
3. Under “Browsing History” select “Delete”
4. Select the boxes with a tick
a. “Temporary Internet files and website files”
b. “Cookies and website data”
c. “History”
5. Select “Delete” at the bottom of the page.

iPads



How to clear your cache:



SAFARI

1. Go to “Settings” on your iPad
2. In the left menu scroll down and select “Safari”
3. In the right menu scroll down to “Clear History and Website Data”
4. Select “Clear”

Google Chrome

4. Select “Clear Browsing Data”
5. Select “Clear Browsing Data” again (highlighted in red toward at the bottom of the menu screen)

1. Select the 3 lines in the top right hand corner of the screen
2. Select “Settings”
3. Scroll down to “Clear Private Data”
4. Select “Clear Private Data”
