There are many transaction options that will ensure payments and transfers are completed in a secure and speedy method. We’ve outlined a few of the ways that Bank First customers can pay and get paid.
Osko and PayID
You can make payments in real time using Osko and PayID. By registering a PayID, such as your mobile phone number or email address, when someone needs to pay you, you can simply give them your PayID instead of your BSB and account number. Click here for more information
You can pay bills via BPAY. Your bills will have a BPAY section with a biller code and reference number. Simply use these details to pay your bill via Internet, Mobile or Phone banking services and our App. In most cases, the biller will receive the funds in 1-2 business days.
Automatically have bills paid on time via direct debit. Direct debit involves a systematic transfer of funds from your account on an agreed date and can simply be set up using your BSB and account number.
Visa cash advance
Commonwealth Bank branches can provide Visa cash advances for up to $30,000 using Bank First Visa Debit cards. Please note that a $2.50 pay per use fee applies. If you have any questions when processing a Visa cash advance, please call our Member Service Consultants on 1300 654 822.
You can use Internet, Mobile, Phone Banking and our App to set up Regular Authorised Payments to transfer a set amount of money at a set time.
You can make deposits, withdrawals and pay your bills using your Bank First Visa Debit, ATM or Visa Credit Cards at over
3,200 Australia Post outlets displaying the Bank@Post sign. Please note that deposits made via Bank@Post are Unlimited
Free Transactions, while withdrawals are Limited Free Transactions.
