Updates to our telephone system

In response to recent feedback from our Members, we have updated our telephone system.

Our new system allows Members to access our Insurance and Financial Planning teams from our main 1300 number. The new menu options are:

  1. Automated phone banking
  2. New customer set up
  3. Lending
  4. Insurance
  5. Financial planning
  6. All other banking enquiries
