Bank First has had a successful and exciting year, epitomised by our name change from Victoria Teachers Mutual Bank and coupled with a range of product and service enhancements for the benefit of our customers.

While our visual identity has evolved, our commitment to our customers and the community is as strong as ever, with many great initiatives implemented and strong customer satisfaction levels.
