Your Board appreciates that you and your families have been compelled to endure compromised routines, work, school and living arrangements. Unfortunately, some of you are experiencing work, health and financial hardship issues exacerbated by this COVID-19 environment.
Your Board and Management is listening and helping those experiencing hardship. We are adapting and enhancing our online, remote and other non-contact services to make your financial well-being a little less onerous.
Many of our Members provide instrumental services to the community at large, particularly in education and allied health.
The online adaptation of our workplaces and services has made life possible in a manner impossible for previous generations to achieve. Remote learning and telehealth services aid the protection of our education and healthcare professionals, their staff, students and patients from unnecessary health risk. Whether you provide remote learning or telehealth patient services, your efforts and resilience is essential and appreciated.
Bank First staff also largely work from home to provide the seamless connection ensuring your banking needs are met. In acknowledgement of that duty and role, we assure you that the Board and staff of Bank First are energised to ensure your banking needs are met during these uncertain times. The safety of you, our staff and families remains our highest priority. Times are difficult and emotionally fraught and that cannot be sugar-coated. However, our staff and Board are resolute in accompanying you on this journey so you do not do it alone.
