The New Year is a time for fresh starts and for action. It is also a great time to ensure you have your finances in order for the year ahead. We all have projects and changes we have been planning but not yet taken action. I find the quieter days of the New Year are a great chance to get a head start on the year.
As a Board we have already worked with Management to ensure the plans for the year ahead are in action. The Bank First Board spends a lot of time focused on how it takes action to support Members and put Members’ interests first. Bank First is working every day to help those who care for communities. We are all committed to delivering great customer service to Members and ensuring that our Members achieve their financial and other goals.
Our focus on customer service is built on listening to Members and facilitating Members’ needs. Importantly, it is also a focus of the team to take quick and effective action. The best customer service gets the job done for Members quickly and easily. The Board pays close attention to all customer feedback and is continuously looking to take action on opportunities for improvement because we know a key role is to support Management of the Bank with the governance that delivers for Members and their needs.
