Changing your practice and becoming an even better teacher is all about taking small steps. Professor Dylan Wiliam shares his advice in this video.

Professor Dylan Wiliam famously said: ‘Every teacher needs to improve, not because they are not good enough, but because they can be even better.’ He adds that teachers need to remember they’re already experts, so change takes time.

Whether you’re a teacher, leader or member of the school support staff, adopting a different approach can be difficult. In this short video, Wiliam gives his advice for educators who want to change their practice – and it starts with not trying to do too much at once!
